For small trashbag or rolling pin or 1quart zip lock bag then dump the noodles in paper towel with your fist or additional storage.
For that soup you can open it then dump the cup just crush the trail the flavor packet in there now when your fist or something dump the noodles out they will be shaped.

This is a good video. Just wanted to add a few things. The Thai dinner he talks about towards the end of the video is now available in a single serving. Add one of the chicken packets and some individual soy packets, and WOW, great trail dinner.

Also, for dinner, packaged spanish rice, chicken packet, and TacoBell individual taco sauce on a flour tortilla…light and delicious. Very light to carry.

Thanks Russ

besides summer sausage I like Jerky or Kabanos, they last a long time, jerky almost forever…

Oh, Kabanos are like a cross between summer sausage and peperoni, come in sticks, dried out and generally last about 6 months to a year. You can usually find them in most stores around the same place you find the sausage.

Here is a tried & true supper I eat quite often.

1) Start by cooking up some Couscous.
2) Add a package of chicken.
3) Throw in some sun dried tomatoes. (These things really are great, I use them all the time)
4) To finish, season with Curry Powder.

Very easy and satisfying meal with the nutrition to keep you running strong.

Couscous is very gas-efficient to cook since you’re supposed to kill the stove after your water is boiling and let it cook itself (especially w/one of your pot cozies)

For me to look forward to eating.
The cheese sundried tomatoes really make it easier to make it has carbs protein vitamin enough fat to pack it for me to make it like pizza instead of stuffing the heavy side but this meal is worth enough to make it easier to look forward to eating.
