We used to backpack in the Gilas in the 70’s. Several times in the snow. Mostly Hummingbird Saddle and Whitewater Baldy and Redstone(?) Canyon. Could always catch a few trout at the canyon. Great place. Used to be some nice folks in Mogollon, that would invite us in when we came through. Thanks for sharing.
